Classic Quick Seal Wet-Look is a clear, high-gloss, single-component sealer that is designed to be used over all Classic stains, polymer-modified cement toppings, waterborne colorants, concrete, masonry, pavers, natural flagstone, and brick. Quick Seal is a waterborne acrylic with low VOC and high solids. It may be used for interior or exterior applications in a wide range of climates. Quick Seal acts as an excellent water repellent, UV stabilizer, and will not yellow. Quick Seal is formulated primarily as a clear seal for applications over concrete restoration projects and pool deck coatings. It is ideal for where a low-maintenance, easily cleanable surface is desired. It is typically applied over concrete surfaces but may also be applied as a sand joint stabilizer, provided the surface is properly prepared. Classic Quick Seal is environmentally safe and cleans up easily with soap and water. Caution: Surface is slippery when wet. New concrete must cure for 28 days.

How To Clean, Stain, and Seal

✓ We highly recommend testing a small inconspicuous area first.
✓ Turn off sprinklers two days before and after application.
✓ Always protect neighboring surfaces, including wood, carpet, metal, landscaping, and other non-masonry surfaces.
✓ Clean the surface using a Classic Cleaner before applying.
✓ If there is any existing stain or sealer on the surface, use a Classic Stripper, then a Classic Cleaner, before applying.

HOW TO APPLY:
Step 1: Prepare the surface by carefully and thoroughly removing all traces of any foreign matter.
Step 2: Apply 1st coat of Quick Seal by brush, roller, or sprayer. NOTE: System thickness 2-3 wet mils. per coat.
Step 3: Repeat step (2) for the 2nd coat.
Step 4: A 3rd application may be required in high traffic areas. Cure Time at 77°F: Dry to touch in 30 minutes, recoat after 1-2 hours, light foot traffic after 12 hours, and full cure in 7 days.

Note: Classic Quick Seal, when used with a small percentage of one of Classic’s Pigment Concentrates, can also serve as a carrier for stain washing and faux finish techniques.

For interior only: Apply two coats of Classic Image Floor Seal to protect the undercoat of the sealed surface. May be buffed with a sky blue pad. No more than 3 coats. Use annually if needed.
For exterior only: Clean with water. Improper maintenance will result in wearing out your surface. If this occurs, use a Classic Stripper to remove sealers and stains in order to reapply the desired stain and sealer. Note that Classic Stripper will remove any coats of sealers and stains on your surface.
